Industries We Serve

Every sector below is worked to the same standard — the controls on our Compliance page apply without variation. What differs by sector is the additional law that attaches, the data we may hold, and what a client needs protected.

01

Financial services

Banks, credit unions and fintech lenders. Placements arrive with the data to score them, and reporting integrates with the client’s own measures rather than ours.

FDCPA · Reg F · FCRA
02

Telecommunications

Wireless, broadband, landline, satellite and cable. High volume, low balances, and a brand the consumer may still be a customer of — which changes the tone before it changes the process.

03

Healthcare

Hospitals, physician groups, specialty centres, insurers and pharmacy networks. Where we handle protected health information we do so as a business associate under an executed agreement, and the account is worked accordingly.

HIPAA, 45 C.F.R. Parts 160, 164 · FDCPA
04

Utilities

Gas, water, electric and broadband, in regulated and deregulated markets. Service-continuity rules differ by state and are applied per account rather than per portfolio.

State utility statutes · FDCPA
05

Commercial and B2B

Business-to-business receivables. The FDCPA governs consumer debt, so commercial files are worked under the contract and applicable state law — and we do not blur the two.

State collection statutes · contract
06

Education

Higher education student balances. FERPA-aware handling, and an approach that lets an institution stay on speaking terms with a student who may re-enrol.

FERPA, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g · FDCPA

Our Standard Across Sectors

One standard, applied per account

The validation notice, the dispute halt, the seven-in-seven frequency limit, the consumer’s own time zone, immediate effect for a cease-contact or bankruptcy notice, and non-disclosure to any third party apply to every account we touch regardless of who placed it. Where a sector adds an obligation — HIPAA, FERPA, a state utility rule — it is applied on top, never instead.
