What we support.
Local and national nonprofits, through monthly contributions, employee-led fundraising, and turning up in person at events that matter to the communities our consumers live in.
Why it belongs on this site.
We work with people at a difficult point in their finances. A firm that treats that as purely transactional tends to behave that way on the phone, and the complaint file shows it. This is part of the same standard.
What we do not do with it.
We do not use charitable involvement as a collection argument, and it never appears in a communication to a consumer about their account. It is not leverage.

Everything you can ask us to do — request validation, dispute the balance, stop calls to a number, report bankruptcy or fraud, or arrange a plan you choose yourself — is on our Consumer Rights page.
